The pool only operates during a set summer season (in 2026: July 11 – September 28).
Spa Kids is for children up to 3rd grade, and the JAPAAAAN Kids Slider is only for preschoolers.
Slide minimum heights are 105 cm for the JAPAAAAN Multi-Lane Slider, 120–130 cm for most slides and 140 cm for the Free Fall Slider; the JAPAAAAN Kids Slider lists no height limit and is for preschoolers only.
Guests with tattoos are refused entry.
