KodoTrip helps international families decide where to base themselves in Japan, how fast to move, and which family-friendly water-play and leisure facilities fit their trip.
Who runs KodoTrip
KodoTrip is an independent media project operated by TechVit. It is not a travel agency, does not sell trips, and does not take bookings.
How content is made
- Facts — operating details such as pools, seasons, restrictions and access — are taken from official operator or tourism-board pages. Each fact shows its source and the date it was last checked.
- Planning guidance (for example "keep one indoor option in reserve") is editorial judgement. It is labelled as guidance, not presented as fact.
- Unknowns are shown as unknown. If a source does not say whether something exists, we do not assume it does or does not.
- Facts that change often are re-checked on a schedule. When a fact is past its re-check window it is shown as "needs re-check" instead of being presented as current.
What KodoTrip does not do
- We do not publish live prices, availability, discounts or daily opening hours as facts. Season dates appear only with their source and the date we checked them.
- We do not rank facilities by commission. See the affiliate disclosure.
- We do not claim partnerships that have not been approved.
